Discover the project [Link to the website](https://www.nagra.ch/en) Year 2026 Location Wettingen, Switzerland Timeline January - June Industry Public Institution Proposed services Workshop, system design, Webflow, AI-assisted migration Nagra is the National Cooperative for the Disposal of Radioactive Waste and a key stakeholder in Switzerland’s energy policy landscape. As an organisation with a public information mandate, it serves a broad audience ranging from experts and government authorities to journalists and the general public. Over the years, the existing WordPress website had become increasingly difficult to manage. Content was spread across multiple areas, language versions were inconsistent, and maintaining the platform required significant effort. The goal was to create a solution that would simplify access to information, strengthen multilingual communication and give the team greater autonomy in managing content. ![Nagra — 1](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/29k8lc52/production/0485505443b48ff0ed2d3d456579b489f8ae91eb-4096x2731.avif?w=1600&fit=max&auto=format) ## Webflow platform with a new design system and streamlined information architecture The new website was completely redesigned and rebuilt on Webflow. The project began with a strategic workshop during which we worked closely with Nagra to analyse the existing site structure, the needs of different audiences and the organisation’s editorial processes. Based on these insights, we developed a new information architecture designed to make complex topics easier to navigate and understand. At the same time, we created a digital design system built on Nagra’s existing brand identity, modernising its online presence while ensuring consistency across all page types. The multilingual CMS architecture was designed from the outset to support German, French and English. Scientific reports, media resources and institutional content were reorganised to make information easier to find, manage and expand over time. To support the management of large volumes of documents, images and media assets, we also developed a custom web-based media manager directly connected to Webflow collections, significantly simplifying day-to-day content operations. ![Nagra — 2](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/29k8lc52/production/6d69830078c3fee3fe88445ead1209c70dfb9b65-4096x2731.avif?w=1600&fit=max&auto=format) ## AI-assisted news migration and automated translation Migrating existing content from WordPress was a key component of the project. To streamline the process, we developed an automated workflow powered by Claude and MCP. The system identifies missing language versions, generates translations and integrates content directly into the Webflow CMS. This enabled a large number of existing articles to be migrated and localised efficiently.
