1. Controller

ultraperfekt sàrl, Rue des Vieux-Grenadiers 8a, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland (CHE-166.393.305). For any question about your data: hello@ultraperfekt.ch. This policy applies to the website www.ultraperfekt.ch and follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data we process

Contact form: last name, first name (optional), email address, phone number, company (optional), your project, technology, indicative budget and timeline (optional), message (optional), as well as the language and the page you come from to the form. We use them to answer your request, send you an acknowledgement and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.

Visiting the site: our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot.

Advertising measurement, only with your consent: if you accept cookies, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag through Google Tag Manager to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns. Nothing is loaded before you choose.

3. Cookies and local storage

Your choice (accept or decline) is stored in your browser and is not transmitted. LinkedIn cookies are only set after you accept; their list and duration are given in LinkedIn's cookie table. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link in the footer.

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. It is processed by our service providers, solely for the purposes described here:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and delivery of the site, protection of the form (Turnstile);
  • Sanity AS (Norway): content management, storage of form messages, delivery of images;
  • Resend, Inc. (United States): sending the emails related to the form (acknowledgement, notification to our team);
  • Google Ireland Ltd (Google Tag Manager) and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company: LinkedIn Insight Tag, after your consent.

5. Transfers abroad

Some of these providers, or their affiliates, process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Form messages are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If an engagement results from them, the related documents are kept for ten years, in line with the legal retention obligation for accounting records.

7. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Messages received are accessible to our team only.

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or a copy of it, object to its processing and withdraw your consent: write to hello@ultraperfekt.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Links to social networks are plain links: no data is transmitted before you click.
