Scala & Smith is a boutique copywriting and editorial studio based in Lausanne. Founded by three partners, the name itself reflects their collective authorship. With no existing branding or website, they turned to us to shape their new identity from the ground up, one that aligns with their understated but refined tone. We created a web-first brand experience, where typography takes the lead and subtle design touches elevate the content. Today, their site drives organic traffic and word-of-mouth visibility.
Webflow as the foundation for a web-first brand identity
For Scala & Smith, the website was not just a platform, it was the brand’s origin point. To bring quiet elegance to life, we introduced GSAP-powered animations that subtly enhance user interactions. Scroll-triggered fades, smooth transitions, and modular layout components create a vivid yet minimal experience. Developed entirely in Webflow, the site is easy to maintain and performs seamlessly across devices. The result is a refined digital presence that reflects the studio’s voice, and supports ongoing organic growth through SEO and client referrals.
